Marriott'S Aruba Ocean Club, Palm Beach

I recently had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is fantastic and the amenities are appealing, I was let down by the lack of attention during an unexpected power outage, which really affected our comfort. The rooms were in decent shape overall, but some details left a bit to be desired.

The rooms were spacious and clean, but there were some issues with amenities and strict rules. Overall, it felt like there were areas for improvement, especially in guest service and facility management.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful location with easy access to the beach and various restaurants. The recently remodeled rooms are very nice and comfortable, although some guests might prefer an ocean view. While the amenities are excellent, the process for reserving beach palapas is frustrating and could use improvement. Overall, the hotel offers a great atmosphere but has some crowded areas and policies that need re-evaluation.

My stay at the Marriott Aruba Ocean Club was wonderful, with spacious and comfortable accommodations, and breathtaking views of the ocean. The beach area was lovely, although it was quite windy during my trip, which made using floats a bit tricky. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating, but I was a bit disappointed to find out there's a fee for renting beach umbrellas and chairs. Overall, it's a fantastic place for families and those looking to enjoy a beach vacation.
